By low season we mean the early months March, April and May and the late months of the year; October, November and December.
The prices are per night for 2 people:

High season
The high season in the Algarve is a long sunny season.
It will last from June until September.

Winter rentals
In the winter months; January, February and March is it possible to rent per month instead of per day.
The shortest period will be 28 days, the longest 90 days. We ask € 800 per 28 days excluding bills for water & electricity.
The airconditioning works 2 ways, so in the winter it will be a nice heater.
If you like to rent shorter then 28 days, the prices are the same as in November (and March).
